Thanks Breech - and thanks again all. This is my first season with BP, but I can see taking off with it. There's a lot of room to really fine tune things and make it your own. Plus, you can get a killer setup, with scope for under $300 and an extra week of hunting! Between my bow and this that's a nice long season.

EBB,
I shoot 777 pellets out of my Triumph as well. I use the supplied "pipe cleaner" and drop 2 of them down the barrel the same way they sit in the box.
You have just jumped into the most addictive sport known. I can't get mozzleloading out of my head. Bullets, powder, ballistics, etc.... Just wish there was more time and money.
I have experimented with seating pressure and bullet impact. I wanted to see if reloading a projectile after shooting at a deer (extreme adrenaline and excitment = higher seating pressure) would change my POI. I even tried to a couple times to put extreme force in seating the bullet. To make a long story short, the more pressure I put on the rod in seating the projectile, the higher the bullet impact. Compared to regular pressure at 100 yards. As long as this force stayed consistent from shot to shot, I did receive consistent results. I shoot out of a clean bore and always load up with firm pressure.
Many here have much more experience and great advice. Please keep us informed and welcome.
