I believe its because the Pro Hunter has the speed breech plug.

k. i just looked on e author brown website. that conversation kit is not sounding like what i need to do. sorry for my lack of knowledge on these black posders. just learning. but, the conversation this guy does sets up the encore so its an exposed primer.
