The Knight website has owners manuels, click on them, find your rifle, and the bolt assembly/disassembly instructions are easy to follow.

Turn the 'secondary safety' all the way in tight it will take a bit of effort near the end - that will pull the hammer back and allow you to screw the assembly back into the bolt housing. Once it in place - just un-screw the 'secondary safty'

Do you have your owners manual? It should detail disassembly/reassembly of the rifle. What model is it?

You can try looking here: http://www.knightrifles.com/instructionmanual/default

Ouch! if you do that use a piece of leather or a wrag or something between the secondary safety and the pliers - so you do not marr it...

Maybe he needs a C-tool? Didn't some of the extremes pre-date that change?

UC

You are right I forgot all about that tool....

THe only reason I jumped on the secondary safety was he mentioned red disc's...

canalside

UC is robably right you may need a tool called a 'C' tool - hopefully it will be in your acccessories.

And if that is the case you will need to check the manual...
