Not so cold here in the Sierras but we are getting some snow. Sposed to get another 20"-30" by Wednesday night. Already got 24" in the last 24 hours. We need the snowpack here so its ok with me. Temp is around 25-30. Cold but not too cold. My range days are fridays, rain, snow or shine. As long as the wind isnt howling and I dont get a honey-do list that is. I feel like a spoiled kid reading all your -15 posts and harsh temps. I drive to Nevada for most my shooting and its always 10 degrees warmer there. Ahhhhhhhh.......got to love it!

I think they should ban Groundhog Day. It only brings false hope and disillusionment.

Powerfisher,
That is what happens here. Mild weather and we getsnow. At least when it's frosty it doesn't snow. Man I hope it doesn't melt too fast or there will be flooding for sure.

Catch 22 LOL

I much perfer the snow and cold. I can put on some high tec clothing go out and shoot, ride snowmobile, cut fire wood, hunt, cross country ski and a bunch of other things.
A fellow I worked with moved to AZ. cause he didn't like shoveling snow.
Sent me a Christmas card for 2008. Said the adverage day time high there from July 1st to Oct.1st was 107F. Said he didn't go out of the house after 10:00AM even the pool was to hot to use in the summer.
He's coming back to Michigan to find a summer home this summer.

I live at 6250' in elevation for a reason. AZ is way too hot for me. Our storm has passed on now and we got about 4' of Sierra Cement out of it. Nice and wet and deep. Sposed to be in the 40s tomarrow with scattered flurries so the range day is on.
