Yup, only one more month until our bow season starts. September 1st. I can't wait. My dad's going to be on a business trip opening weekend so I'm going to take one of my friends with me for the weekend. This'll be his first year bowhunting. We're planning on camping out on my uncle's hunting land during the weekend and then hunting at my regular deer goldmine. What's everyone else's plans for season opener and when does yours open?

Dove opens the 1st, archery opens the 15th, both September. I may be nuts, but I'm kinda thinkin about trying to shoot a dove w/ my UltraTec......

have to wait till the last week for early season with last years tags, but gonna enjoy every minute of it! [8D]

Opens here on the 15th. Too many bugs though so I try to wait for a good hard freeze but I never can. I go out and get eaten alive.[:@]

September 2, here in Montana for deer and elk, antelope opens on the 19th of August. By the way, get yourself a Therma cell. NO MORE mosquitos, best 25$ you'll ever spend.

September 16 up here in Wisconsin....feels like forever!!! Once the season starts though, I'll be out in the woods every day until theres a deer on the ground!
