Well, its supposed to be in the upper twenties to low thirties this weekend here, so I am strapping on the snowshoes, and loading my shooting gear and two muzzleloaders in a sled and hiking into a good shooting spot on my lease for a weekend smokepole shoot! Should be lots of fun.

That really does sound like fun. Going to do a winter camp out. And then have some shooting fun. What more could a person want. Take your camera and we do like pictures.

rafsob.. snow is not all that bad. Once you get used to it. Of course when it gets too deep and you fall off your snowshoes and have to swim out, you are allowed to change your opinon of the stuff.

Snow is for postcards. Snow is for Christmas movies. Snow is for watching the winter Olympics on television. Snow is not for me.

I hear that! I'm driving up to Darlington County on Saturday morning to hog hunt some public land. I'm taking the Genesis and I'll be still hunting all day long. I can't wait!!!
