Now that you mention it, if you have $40 in your pocket do you buy a bottle of good single malt Scotch or a 10 oz. canister of Blackhorn? Just remember - you KNOW theScotch will work.

Semi - actually I believe this site still works better than your brain. I think the combination of scotch and inhaling black powder smoke for too many years has caused irreversible damage to your brain.
I on the other hand almost never partake of alcohol (only on special occasions like when the sun sets in the west), and I never shoot into the wind (unless its blowing in my face). Which reminds me, my Parrot Bay coconut rum is almost gone.

Aw bronko, my brain works fine on alcohol - besides, I'm a lot better looking after a drink or two (I'm pretty sure of that). In addition, Al Gore wants us to use more alcohol. Hey, maybe I can sell alcohol credits!

As hunters we all know that hunting improves the herd. The careless, slow and stupid ones end up in our freezers. Well alcohol does the same thing with our brain cells. The slow ones get killed first thus improving the function of our brain. This is why we feel so much smarter after a few drinks.

alcohol made Budweiser..
By the way, I seriously do not drink alcohol. I used to. But it made me a very bad man...[&o]
This forum is working better now. Before it was a nightmare of sorts. If I were still on the old dial up, I would have never opened any of the sites on here.

In all seriousness I too only drink alcohol occasionally. I also quit smoking this past April. And hell, my sex life is also on a down hill slide. I'm sure glad I have my ML and other guns to keep me occupied or I'd also surely go semi-insane.
But thanks to not drinking and smoking, I have more cash to spend on shooting supplies.
I saved up enough $ that I am going on a bison hunt in October. I really wanted to use the ML but the outfitter said its archery only. Oh well, I can live with that.
