Went to the range this aft. Took my 2 knights, my daughters NEF 20g w/4 power scope. a pal brought his .50 TC New englander. Rachael's 20 is driving tacks at 50m w/federal 2 3/4 sabots. I think they are 250g shockwaves. The MK95 shot 250shockwaves 1"@ 50m. The big horn shot 285g barnes the same w/100g t7 3f. Then I watched Al shoot his TC. He mounted a simmons 3x9x50 scope on it last winter. a couple of sighting shots, then he proceeded to shoot 1 ragged hole at 50m. Shooting 90g 2f goex and 385 great plains!! It was awesome. I said 'you ain't got no excuses." He looked at me and said " I have a whole book of excuses!!" I had my back to him, he said look at that, I turned around and a big doe came over the target berm and stood to the left of our targets!! I said I have a permit but its not good till sat!!LOL All we could do is laugh!!

That never fails to happen.. sounds like good shooting all the way around. That makes for a nice day on the range.
