Yep, it is actually in this post by Lungbuster1 on MM too.

It may be Erin that is the crook?

I guess I would email him tonight and let him know that I would be contacting the police in Laconia, IN tomorrow if I didn't hear back from him tonight.

I bought some powerbelts off ron last year i think and i got everything fine and even made the M/O out to his wifes name. Odd? Yeah it makes me scratch my head but i can not call someone a thief until i hear from them directly and find out what has been going on. This whole ordeal has been an complete mess, especially with sax's rifle being involved and missing.[:'(]

I called information but neither him or her are listed
Tried two websites,no luck
I will call the phone company tomorrow to get a list of numbers called,my bill doesn't come with it.
I sent an e mail to the webmaster of this site to see if they keep deleted PM's

Based on the frequency that he showed up on all these sites, I suspect he has seen this and am amazed that if these allegations are untrue that he hasn't spoken out to clear his name.I guess the police will let us know.

Wow, that's pretty lame. So, dumb question, but did his wife actually leave him, or was that his excuse for the whole thing? I mean, it does seem convenient that just a couple days before the raffle ended (maybe once the donations had slowed down or stopped coming in to his house?) that all this happens and suddenly he has to end the raffle?

Regardless of what happened Saxman, I don't really see any reason why you should feel like you have anything to be ashamed of. I guess at least it helped you out some.

Yes sir
The donations that Lane collected and sent to me was a BIG help.
It purchased over 90 days of medication, long enough for me to apply for assistance with my med's

Just a guess, but wouldn't this whole thing be rated as extortion? I'm sure we all (or most of us) have our canceled checks we can submit to the authorities as evidence. And then there are all the posts here as testimony. It shouldn't be too hard to nail this clown and Sax can maybe get his rifle back or reimbursement for it.
And if it really gets down to it, because our raffle monies were mailed in - this could also be classified as a federal offense. (Mail Fraud)

Definitely mail fraud, not extortion.
