Range Report BH209 LRH
Shot another can yesterday. I love this stuff 60 some shots no swabbing!!! I shot just about everything from shockwave, xtp, knight pbt, barnes tmz, dead center, and scorpion gold pt. I wanted to pick a combo for hunting this year. I have it narrowed down to the Knight pbt 290g, tmz 290,( same bullet just different sabot)or the scorpion gold pt 300g. I noticed that the Knight pbt slide down the gun very easy, and as i fired more shots, there was just a little more resistance loading, and the groups got a little tighter the more i shot. It was just the opposite with 290g tmz. Here a few pics from some of my better groups.

http://www.the-gleasons.com/this_is_my_savage_10_ml_page.htm
in my quest to find an accurate, non-fragmenting, deep penetrating, shoot thru bullet. My ranking of bullets above for fragmenting, highest to lowest:

Hope that is helpful to you.
