Thanks johnny2. I'm real careful about keeping liquid away from my melter. I've read all the warnings and such and don't want any mishaps. I was having a problem with the bottom spout clogging up and was running it almost on #9 on the heat index. Might try turning it all the way up and see what happens. Hopefully one of these days it will all come together and I'm not in a big hurry yet.

Sometimes they plug up even though they are hot. Just pick it out and keep on going. Now I have started to mess around with dipping my lead and I like it better I think, at least for BIG bullets over 400 gr. Ron
