Default Got a Traditions Pursuit 2 XLT

Just picked one up, camo with nickle fluted barrel today. Bought a scope and ready for Kansas! Anyone else own one of these? I read abunch of reviews and they seem to be a great gun for the price. I really liked the way they are easy to clean. I shot the Optima last year with good results but it was difficult to clean so I got this one with the breach plug that unscrews by hand! Come on September!

Good luck with your new rifle and hunting. I looked at them when I was at Wal Mart the other day. Nice looking rifle.

Don't have one, but like the other guysI've looked at them and even shouldered one or two. They sure feel good. The reports I've seen indicate they are good shooters.

im looking at a tradition pursuit 2 xlt .50 thumb hole. where it breaks open and closes its a little loose.I can move it up and down just a little but enough to notice. When the action is closed. my question is this normal for this model of gun? can it be fixed if its not normal? i would put a scope on it. the gun is brand new price is 335 on sale for 170. any answers to this problem would be cool. thank you!

Yea mine is a little loose but not enough to relize unless you were looking for it. Mine shoots well with groups under an inch at 75 yards with open sights.
