I am looking at a Traditions Pursuit and just curious on what everyone's thoughts are on the price for 2" of barrel length and the porting and fluting of the barrel. Are they that important in muzzleloading?
Thanks.

the XLT is a very nice rifle. They have a new model out called the XLT Extreme. The stocks have a coating that makes them really nice to handle. I almost bought an XLT some months back. Overall its a really nice rifle. I havent seen much reports on accuracy but the ones i have seen were shooting 1 1/2" groups with the hornady great plains conicals and a mixture of sabots.
