Electric and have a deer cutting party. Make a big pot of deer chili, keg and mix some pork suasage in w/that deer meat. Do it like Cayudad suggest everyone has a job. Vacum packing is great.

I bought the wife a Oster Kitchen Center, just before deer season about 20 years ago that had a grinder attachment still working fine after about 30 deer a doz hogs aeveral bear and several cattle. Lee

Electric is the way to go. I use the fine cutting plate and put it through twice.
Somecutting platescan rust so store them in oil.
