Default Accura

I was at cabelas the other day looking around, and there was this pretty new gun sitting on the rack that said Accura on it. It was a camo/ss model with the thumbhole stock. It's a very pretty looking fun. Then I decided I should probably hold it. Let me just say that it felt really nice when I shouldered it. So, now I'm stuck in love with a $500 gun and not sure how to afford it. Is it weird that I actually thought that if I started right away, I could make enough from donating plasma that I could have it before hunting season?

Just go buy it. It sounds like you want it too much to not allow yourself to have it. Wives and girlfriends get mad but believe me.. they get over it (sometimes). Then we can all drool over your rifle and listen to your range reports.

In all seriousness, the rifle is new to the market. For that reason I would wait a while to see what kind of reviews the rifle gets. Normally when they first hit the market, they do well, but there is always small things that need to be adjusted. No matter what company it seems that introduce a rifle.

Then again, if we can not talk people like you into buying these new rifles, then we get no reviews. So you better go purchase that thing. Frontier Gander will get one too, then you can both review them..

I looked at pictures of the rifle. It looks nice. Kind of a different shape to it. But I would think it would be a good shooter. Although the next inline I want to purchase is a White Super 91-II in .504 caliber. Otherwise I need no more inline rifles...

except maybe a Triumph or Omega if I can find a deal on one....

I would like to hear about material and finish of the "receiver" section on the stainless versions, smoothness and length of hammer cocking, trigger qualities, whether the firing pin has provision for easy cleaning, and anything else one of you fellows that have handled one observed.

I would have to drive about 130 miles to even see one.
