Looks like an Encore to me. Yea it does look nice, why don't you buy one, test it with PBs and they we will know if it is a shoot or just another pretty thing. Chap

Its a CVA with a top of the line bergara barrel that will shoot a conical or sabot with accuracy. I dont need to test it! I just want one bad! Encore? No, it was released to compete with the TC triumph.

CVA is hittin TC pretty good with their adds on the website.

They have come a long ways since the days when they used soft steel in the trigger and hammer mech. That looks a lot like my Triumph and those Bergara barrels are top notch, I wonder what the triggers like.

You know, I didnt see what the trigger was rated at. Probably their standard 4 1/2lb setting. My Winchester is right at that but i went and sprayed some Molly lube into the trigger and that made it feel like it was riding on polished glass. Doesnt even feel like 4 1/2lbs any more.

They just updated their website so theres not that much info out on it right now. I like the new website though.

Just emailed CVA asking what the trigger is set at on the Acurra.

This one gives me the itch to get back into inlines lol.

Also noticed the cva electra is $270 on their website.

I often take my new guns apart before I ever shoot the and polish the mating parts with an Arkansas stone then put a combination of mollylube and graphite on. Lee

got an email from CVA this morning and they said that the trigger is between 3 to 3 1/2 lbs.

Seems that they are going with the lighter triggers now.
