RE: Your opinions: T/C Triumph, Knight KRB7
There are a lot of good muzzle-loaders to chose from you already have an idea what to avoid, I would suggest the Triumph because as well as being one of the best sabot shooters it is one of the most all around convenient guns to use [ cleaning handling ect] and it is possibly the best with the new non-corrosive high velocity BH209 which if you don't use the gun very many times a year so it sets uncleaned for periods of time which is not good with the corrosive powders and the fact that the only powder that comes close to it for velocity is 777FFF with usually does not group to well with heavy loads in my experience.
I would recommend the Triumph with BH209 and 200gr Shock Wave or 250 Shock Wave or the 250 Gold Dot for deer and the 300gr SW or Gold dot for elk, moose and bufflo. |

I just bought the KRB-7....have not put a scope on it or shot it yet, but it is well balanced and "feels" better than most that I held. For what I paid for it $250 new in the box) I could NOT pass it up.
