dmurphy317Thats right, but if they would just standardize the bore dia. we would be relieved of haveing to go through that. I actually set down with a new gun and take a bullet and a bunch of sabots and push them through till I narrow the choicesdown to one or two then shoot it. Lee

when I say Bulk, I am talking Bullets only just like they sale the XTPs , No Sabots just the SST bullets!
Jason asked me if Iwould want sabots with the bullets and I told him no , because to mant guys like differant sabots some like mmp some harvester and so on, he asked what I was talking about pakageing and saleing them like the xtps and I sayed yep! 50 - 100 bullets per box bullets only.

Actually adding sabots to the bullets only makes them less attractive. With the different bore diameters, different sabots work for different rifles. So just bulk the bullets and then offer different sabots that can be purchased in bulk. That is the way to go.

i called hornady a while back and asked the same question about selling the bullets in bulk.i guess they can make more selling the ammo. this year they have also added 44mag leverevolution ammo for purchase . my vote would be for the 44 cal bullets in the 225 grain. it would satisfy the 44 mag guys who like to reload for handguns and levers as well as the muzzy guys. i spoke to them about 2 months ago and i was told they cant make enough bullets for the ammo they sell so its gonna be a long time to see the bullets in bulk.
