SST, TMZ, XTP Bullet Performance into Perma Gel by TheLeftHand

TheLeftHand over on the Savage Forum did a whole bunch of shooting different bullets into Ballistics Gel, here is the link if you want to check it out:

The bullets he tested in the perma Gel were:
250 and 300g SW both bondend and unbonded
245g and 290g Barnes TMZ
300g XTP Mag.

He also shot thru a pine board and an oak board to simulate shooting thru bone, so with some bullets there are tests with and without the pine or oak board. Very good work, and costly.

chap i am a member of the board you got the info on and there's alot of great info these guys test a lot of combos. you can match your speed and bullet is over looked by alot of hunters this takes alot of the guess work out of it

yea im still learning as like you but if you ever want to be able to make clear cut kill shot out to 200 to 300 yards with a ml you better know what your bullet is capable of
