Default 460gr great plains bullet

i found three box's today in a local gun shop, $10ea.hornady does not make them anymore.when did they stop making them? i was thinking of trying a box and maybe use for elk this fall.i called hornady with some questions on the 460gr and the guy i talked to said they dont make it anymore and they are not going to make the 410gr.just the 385gr. these are .50cal. these 460s should compare to the no excuse and bullshop.i think?

I can't knock the 385's they shoot well for me. New Englander with 80 gr BM3. Do massive damage to deer.
