Hi, I have a Lyman plains rifle, I want to dress it up a bit. I have been looking for someone who handles capboxes/patchboxs that I could install I would like to have it in a silver color. alot of companies I have found that handle these, either you have to polish them yourself, or you have to buy all the parts separetly. what I want is one that is ready to install after I cut the hole out. ( with all the parts ) Thanks. Steve

email or call them.. they have a large selection of patch boxes and anything else you might need to dress a rifle.

Its easy to polish. I had to do it on my deercreek's patch box. Started out with 220 grit sandpaper on a sandblock, took out all the roughtness/file marks and then used 400 grit and worked my way to 2000 grit to really polish it. Used 0000 steelwool after the 2000 grit.
This would look nice on a GPR.

I rarely carry patches in a patch box, but its a good place to store items such as cleaning jags, ball puller or even a small tin of extra caps.
