Has anyone tried the winchester platnum bullets for whitetail? what kind of performance are you getting?

I heard they work real good but never shot them into actual game....

The Winchester Platinum tip in 260 gr is my absolute favorite bullet. I've killed more deer with it than any other single bullet. I only stopped when they were discontinued though I still have a small stash of 60 or 70 of them.
