Default Loose stock ??

I just switched my red dot from my traditions to my Encore . While sighting it in , the first 3 shots were at 12 and touching , then they started going all over the place . That's when i started checking my gun and noticed that my rear stock had come loose, very loose, and being that i did not have a tool to tighten it i left for home . Will a rear stock being very loose , cause the shots to go all over the place ??

Thanks you !!

I never shot an Encore, but any time you change anything with the way the gun or scope is set up, it can effect the accuracy. So I would "guess" yes, that could definitely change the POI on a RED DOT.

Yes, it is the same as changing the bedding. Lee

That s what i thought !!

The group started out tight , then moved right , then high and then counter clockwise .

That's when i stopped and checked my gun.
