    One in barrel plus 2 loaders. I also carry a .357 revolver for backup in all seasons except muzzleloader.

    I carry 5 speed loaders on my gunstock in a shotshell holder and I have my #11 capper around my neck on a string. 5 is more than I'll ever need but better to have too many than too few.

    loaded gun + a single premeasured load then a 3 pak loaded as well. It is quicker to get to the single for the follow up shot if needed and If I have to go to the 3 pak then I just take my time and make sure everything is done correctly.

    Always carry 3 extra shots and the loaded gun. Think thats plenty for east Iowa deer woods.
