It depends, I almost always forget something. Yesterday I thought I had plenty of stuff so i left my powder measure and extra bullets at home. Wish I would have had them. Today, I only took 6 or 7 bullets. Wish I would have had more. I'm still right where I want to be but if i was a little more prepared I would have been a lot happier. Greg

I have shot up a whole can of powder at one range session before but most of the time it's about 3 hours time and 30-40 shots. Offhand clanger shooting takes far less time than target benching. Now; with my handguns I shoot up to 100 rounds or more in no time.

I usually take 5 shots with the ML, then clean it up and switch to the .22 for a while to let it cool. I repeat this routine a few times before leaving. I usually take 10-15 shots with the ML.

I keep a range bag that holds all my b/l stuff
powder
bullets hammers
flints
jags
patches powder
you name it is in it
I hate to go to the range and if something breaks I have a ton of spare parts for a easy fix:I always seem to lend some stuff to guys who don't come prepared The bag never changes
I also tag it along when hunting hate to make a trip upstate and forget something:I only carry 3 speed loaders of powder and 3 round balls into the woods and a extra flint:I have my flinte primer haging on a rope that stay on my neck:I also use a frizzen stall and keep the frizzen cover until I am going to shoot it seem a flinter has no safety and with the powder pan loaded anything can happen.

Since my range is just out side the door a piece, I shoot all I want, never less than 6 shots. Normally I shoot 12 to 16 shots with each ML. 50 to 100rounds each with the with the center fires that I want to shoot. I make the range section a all day afare most times.

Depends on the time I have. Usually, I shoot 15-20 shots with my ML, and I usually take out a CF rifle to alternate with so one can cool while I'm shooting the other. Sometimes I also take out my 10/22 to plink with if I don't have a CF rifle with me.

If I'm shooting for a specific reason like to check the load's accuracy, or the sight alignment I probably shoot 10 times or less. If I'm "plinking" to have fun I don't count, but I bring enough powder & lead for 25 or 30 shots (and often quit when I run out of one of the components).
