Default Loose Powder Loads for Optima

I have a lot of 777 powder and want to do some shooting this weekend. Anyone know where to start as far as amount of loose powder. Last year I used two 777 pellets and a 250 gr bullet and had good accuracy. Just want to get a starting point.

Thanks

If it were me.. I would start with 80 grains of the loose powder and shoot for groups. Your rifle will probably tune in quickly. Once you have the best group kick it five more grains and see if the group falls apart.

My optima likes 95-100g of 777 pushing a 300g xtp or shockwave. For some reason it groups the 300g better than the 250. Have fun with it.
