$225 is a GREAT price. I bought one a couple of months ago and paid a little more($275) after much searching. Mine is a .54 GPR. The load I developed is 110 gr. of FFg, a wonder wad, .005 Ox-yoke wonder patch, and a .530 round ball. After filing the sights it literally tears the center out of a 100 yard target. It is 2" high at 50 yards. I've also been playing around with 1/2 charges and 55 gr. of FFg shoots dead-on at 50. It's a good practice/plinking/fun load for my rifle. One caution, though. With that crescent butt plate you MUST shoot off the upper arm, NOT the usual shoulder pocket. Have fun, you have a really neat rifle.

You got a heck of a deal. I paid about $240 for mine in the kit form, which also cost me about $100 worth of tools and materials and two months of free time to get a rifle that was ready to shoot.<img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms... who's bringing the chips?
