Some shooting today.
To beautiful of a day not to go shooting. I only shot at 50 yards due to the snow and slush all over the place. First two shots were 255 grain maxi hunters, 70 grains RS, first shot was perfect and right a couple inchs high of the bulls eye, second was way the heck off and up in the right. Loaded the same charge and 245 grain powerbelt, first shot was dead center up a couple inchs to the right, second was a hang fire and was off as usual when that happens. Loaded a .440 PRB and lowers my charges to 50 grains RS and took a couple shots and already knew the PRB's were on. I was shooting the .45 Deercreek Mountain rifle. Im not really sure if i like the front and rear sight, i cant see it as clear as the sights on my kentucky rifle so i may switch these out next season.

RE: Some shooting today.
For now they will. Im going to pick up some 285 grain great plains bullets to try in it and see if they will get tighter. Thats what sucks about owning different rifles, have to keep a lot of other bullets in stock.
Opps i almost forgot, i have a good guy sending me 12 200 grain REAL bullets to try out. 6 with glued on wads and 6 without. If they shoot, im buying a mold.
