I have a Remington 700 in-line and was wondering what would be a good sabot to try. I was using 2, 50 grain pyrodex pellets this year with 250 grain barnes expanders. Although I took a nice doe with these bullets, I was not impressed with the damage they did. I want something that is accurate, hits hard, and mushrooms out for a good blood trail. Thanks for any suggestions.

I'll second the Precision Rifle bullets suggestion. I've tried a number of different bullet/load combos now through my DISC .40 and I keep coming back to the .40 235gr QT sabot because it is by far the most accurate bullet I've shot yet. I regularly shoot sub 1.5" groups and frequently sub 1". I also shoot targets out to 200 yards with it with very good accuracy, but I wouldn't shoot at a deer past 150.
It's a polymer tipped pure swaged lead boattail bullet with a fairly high BC that shoots pretty fast. I can't tell you how much it expanded because the deer I shot with it this year was a through-and-through, but the exit hole was at least 1" across. Liquified the back half of the lungs and the liver and fragments of the rib it shattered going in cut the heart up pretty bad. The blood trail was HUGE, but the deer alerted on me right as I fired so it ran about 100 yards before dropping stone cold dead.

I use 2 pyro pellets, a #11 mag cap, 300 gr Barnes Expanders and am awstruck by the damage it does and love the very large blood trails even though they have been short.
