loose powder score
Hey, I stopped by my local Walmart with the wife tonight after work. Wandered back to sporting goods and found the 16oz loose powder Pyrodex RS marked down to $7.00. It was $17 last weekend. Glad I waited.

Man, do I miss Indiana. The Wal-Marts there always had a good post season sale on Pyrodex. I still have several lbs. from post-season buys 5 or 6 years ago.
Here in politically correct NY, you see very little pyrodex (or anything else)for sale during the season and none on sale afterwards. And even then it's Pyrodex pellets sold in quantities of a dozen or so at some exorbitant price.
When Hillary becomes President, this unfairness will be corrected..... We'llALLbe hurtin'! :-(

I got a CVA Wolf for Christmas, my first ML.Already hadsome Pyrodex 100 gr pellets and now some loose RS to try out and work on a load. Thanks to all the information I've read on this site I'm getting excited to try it out. I also picked up some 245 gr Power Belts Areo Tips. Heading down to Southern Illinois the weekend of 2/9 with the wife for our anniversary, rented a cabin for the weekend. Also hittin Gander Mountain while I'm down there

I went to a sporting goods dealer last night that is closing their doors. They say they cannot compete with the advertising of GM ams BPS even though their prices are usually better. I bought 1000 Win T7 209 primers for $32 and 11 boxes of TC 250 gr SW for $75 tax included. That cleaned out what they had left of those items. I called a friend who is meeting them today to but out the remaining stock of Nosler CF bullets in 30 and 22 cal. To bad to lose these folks asI have traded with them for years.
