My primary concerns with a transport bag are "quietness", "convenience" and "portability". I can't have a bag with velcro because of noise. Nylon zippers are ok as are the plastic clips, if you catch the teeth as they pass through the jaws. I'd like a "slot" or compartment for each major component so 6-8 would be good, and, attachment around the waist works pretty well for light loads, especially if the stuff is compartmentalized. Currently, I'm using a fanny pack from Columbia but I don't recommend it, primarily because it only has 3 compartments. I can't separate hard components enough to keep them as quiet as I'd like, all the time.Yakfisher's post looks like a good deal. Might have to pick one of those up for a try!

For hunting I just carry a couple of speedloaders in my pocket.
I have bad hips/legs so its as lite as I can go.
