Thanks cayugad, she was no brute but will be some good eating. Tomorrow will probably be my last day to hunt this year so I no longer had the option of being "choosey".

The scope is a BSA DeerHunter 2.5 - 10 X44mm. It was $70 at Gander Mtn. It looks huge on that gun but the Wolf only has a 24" barrel.

Faced the same delemma myself a couple weeks ago - getting to the end of the season and the snow was getting deep... early the last Friday took care of business...
Congrats! Job well done + look at the confidence you have in your gun and your load. They had better look out next season
+ I sure would like to duplicate that camo pattern on the grond in the back ground - that could be a money maker...
