Squuueeezze the trigger.
In all honest, it sounds like a scope/base/rings issue. My uncle had the same problem on his old knight. Thought his barrel had lost its touch and never considered the sighting system. I mentioned it, he checked it and sure enough, loose front ring. Tightened the ring and tightened his group.

700 ML UPDATE
Well, I took the 700 ML to the shop where the recoil test proved that it was not the scope.
They looked at the barrel and decided there was some residue that needed to be removed, which they did using Shooters Gel and a wire brush attached to a cordless drill. That was it.
While I there I purchased a box of TC 300 gr. Shock Waves.
Using 100 gr. of loose T7 along with the Shock Waves proved a great combo~1st 4 shots grouped 1.5" at 100 yards. I use a shooters bench and sand bags.
I also took the advise here and swabbed with alcohol between shots.
I don't know if it was a residue build up problem, swabbing between shots, or if the gun just preferred the TC 300 gr., but I am just happy that I can hunt with confidence now!
Thanks for the help.
