I agree Mike.

I and everybody that I know who has had to deal with them have been well satisfied..........that means alot when you go to looking for a new shootin' iron!

I AGREE WITH YOU BOTH.

I HAVE A OLDER KNIGHT .50 CAL MODEL BK-92, WELL I HAD ORDERED THRU BASS PRO SHOP THE #209 CONVERSION KIT FOR THIS GUN, BUT THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE CAPPER WASNT MADE FOR THE RECIVER OF THE BK-92. I CALLED KNIGHT, AND THEY UNDERSTOOD AND HAD A THE CAPPER I NEEDED AND CHARGED ME NOTHING WHAT SO EVER, NOW ITS NOT THE MONEY, ITS THE POINT THAT MY GUN IS 10 YRS OLD AND THEY BACKED UP THERE PRODUCT, AND LOOKED OUT FOR A CUSTOMER, THATS WHY I WOULD BUY ANOTHER KNIGHT AFTER THE NEW YEAR.

I've dealt with Knight, Thompson Center, and Traditions.
Their customer service is all good. Maybe it's because the peop;e who run the companies are regular people, who understand that when a guy needs a gun part, he needs it NOW. Also, word of mouth is the best advertising. It woeks both ways. They want happy customers, and in most cases it doesn't cost that much to satisfy them. Way cheaper than an ad on ESPN.
