Congratulations on the sidelock. My experience has proven to me that, except for their removeable breechplugs which aid cleaning, an inline possesses little, if any, advantage over a good caplock.

I have had some difficulty with Maxi-Hunters, however, being unable to get accuracy out of them in .45, .50, or .54 caliber. But I do find the original Maxi-Balls to shoot well in a couple of my slow-twist RB barreled caplocks with heavy charges.
