Goodness, seems everyone is happy to have to pay shipping for problems that never should have been. The best customer service is the one you never have to call. Wow, I have had to call TC myself, never had to call knight however.

Had to call Knight. Didn't cost me a dime though. They had ups pick it up at my house. I have never had that kind of service before or since.
