or we are first in line when closeouts occur on brand-name packaged bullet purchases..... ie...3 years ago when I purchase eight 36-pks of Buffalo S.S.Bs in 285 gr. for $9 each.

Yeah, kinda like this January when I bought some 16 packs of 295 PB's for $5.00 at Walmart. I just wish that I could buy Buffalo 410's and 270 ballets at Walmart for 70% off. But they don't stock'em. Oh well.

There was hundreds of packs left after hunting season and they just "kept lowering the prices". Our store "completely " sells out of muzzleloading stuff each year. Hoochie Momma calls got as cheap as $9.00. $8.00 Pyro RS. Lots of bargains.
Next year, I'll try to remember to email when they get cheap. And if you want, I'll git somefor ya.

I buoght the powerbelts last year for a hunt in Colorado where sabots are not leagal. I know they are expensive.....but they shot very good out of my gun. I would like to take them agin next season. I don't think you need any special plating for deer.....but for elk it would be fine with me.We took twoelklast year with 348 AT's....Both bullets completly scattered on impact. We recovered both bulls, So I guess it wasn't a complete failure.
