Call me crazy but I still trust the engineers and gunsmiths that build the rifles. They built them to use 209 primers and they have always worked just fine for me. Of course this is with my Encore I have only shot the Omega once and the sights were messed up. I am shooting that rifle again this weekend and I will report back if the gun does not perform well.

I must have over 700rds through the Encore with no trouble to speak of including accuracy so these little accessories alway make me wonder if it is just someone out to make a buck. (I have no problem with that BTW)
