My box of speer order got here yesterday, My wife put it away and didn't tell me about it till tonite. Guess, she didn't want me shootingon the weekend. Well, very surprise it got here pretty quick. I can't wait to shoot it and see how it groups out of my muzzy. I'll let you guys know how it went.

I have never really gotten the .429 bullets to shoot as well out of .50 caliber in-lines as the .451/.452. Used to think it had something to do with the thicker sabot; but the 50/40 200 grain Shockwave has blown that theory out of the water!

Totally agree on both points - I am shooting just plain old 200 grain XTP's and the are shooting really well.... I need to stop shooting them I am really getting attached to them....
I still have good collection of 44's that i have not shot - although! the problem shooting 44's for me might have been the older sabots I was shooting. I have not tried any recently with new polymere sabots....
