This is actually an old rifle but still new in the box. It is a CVA "Stalker." These were around as I remember about 10 years ago. They were popular because they had a 1-32 twist for conicals, and a 21" carbine style barrel.
I have a few projectiles I wanted to try with a rifle such as this and could not pass it up..

That's a nice look'n CVA. It looks very similiar to my T/C High Plains Sporter and it's one of my favorites. It sure looks like a shooter.
