This fall in our hunting camp we had no doe permits - but plenty of does - and educated bucks!

After a disapointing regular shotgun buck season for me - 4 of us plan to hunt Blackpowder this weekend - and for once - for all of us - all deer are legal.

It will be a weird experience - after this hunting season of restraint- and man I hope to have something decent ( good doe or buck) - to out in the freezer this weekend.

I'll post back how we did. Last year I took a nice buck the last weekend, I'll be just as happy to take a nice doe this year.
