Default scope for muzzle loader?

Hello guys,
I am thinkin of buying a scope for my CVA inline hunterbolt muzzle loader but I am not sure if I could use any rifle scope for muzzle loader. Any rifle scope should fit for ML, shouldnt it? Is there any specific thing I need to know before buying scope for my ML?
Thanks a lot for your reply.

Any normal scope should fit. Some lengths require removal of rear sight with standard mounts. So a shorter one may be desired. If not going with a see-thru mount that raises the scope, get a scope cover. That model will exhibit some ignition blow-back to the scope bottom with standard rings.

I bought a Burris Fullfield-2 3x9x40 on the advise from 'Newguy23' and I am happy as a pig in do-do. Purchased it online at SWAF and as a bonus I received a Burris 8x32 Landmark binoculars that go for $150. Local dealers can't match the price and all said this was a heck ofa deal. Check it out, scope goes for $199.00 at SWAF.

those landmarks are crap in my opinion. the ones you got are not 150$. ive seen them for way way less. my 10x42s landmarks had water spots from condensation and are not phase correct but they are cheapos. burris is garbage to me and there customer service stinks by the responce i got. i would never buya burrris again. just to let you know those are imports and not backed by the company. do yourself a favor and get a leupold next time. transferable warranty for life and when you call them about a problem they pick up the phone.

Generally, ANY 1" tube riflescope that you can use on a high-powered rifle can be put on an inline ML - or a caplock, for that matter! I generally use low-powered scopes on mine, to save weight and bulk, and due to the fact that you don't need an astronomical observatory on a short-range rifle!!
