I live in Texasand am heading up tomorrow to Cherokee, OK to re-scout for Saturday. I bought both tags this year but am going to be VERY selective on my buck. Here is what I am trying to top from 2004.

Good luck, my dad was born near Cherokee......Jet or Nash, . Looks like the weather has helped, big cool down, bucks should be moving. That part of Oklahoma has some Great Bucks for sure! Let me know how you do. I have a lifetime license, so I don't have to buy tags, but just allowed one doe and one buck.

ML season opens saturday in Quebec too(zone 10). I wasn't picked for a doe tag either, but atleast I'm allowed a buck every year. (thank God!) The season runs sat-wed. Then general firearms from the following saturday to mid November, Then their's more ML seasons in other zones around Montreal. The one tag for a buck is good anywhere in Quebec, problem is, you only get one.
