No, I have no scale. I have been meaning to get one for a long time and have bid on a few on e-bay but never won the bid. So I have no idea what they would run after expanding...

I have a 69 caliber Great American Sporting Rifle and shooting 180 grains of 2F the recoil isn't that bad, but the gun does weigh 10 pounds unloaded.

WOW!!! now that's what I call a load. Talk about having some power.. 180 grain with that size roundball would be really something to hunt with . Is this a smoothbore or a rifle?

it is a rifle 1:104 twist and accurate. The old owner used to shoot 200 grains of 2F in it, butI found 180 grains just fine. I had it up elk hunting during a few years ago and got two guys hooked on muzzleloading shooting that gun one afternoon.
