Away back in this forum there were some posts that talked about a "trigger problem" with the Pursuit (LT?). I gather the problem was with a trigger that was exceptionally hard to pull? Got my Pursuit last December and although it is not "smooth as silk" the trigger seems to be okay. Question - how do you measure trigger pull? scale? or? and what would be considered reasonable?

You can measure trigger pull with a trigger pull scale. They are sold in many shooting supply stores. Most gun shops have them also. As for what is the preferred trigger pull, that varies from shooter to shooter. Some like a light trigger, some a more solid heavy trigger. Target shooters even like hair triggers or set triggers.
I like a trigger that has little slack, breaks crisp and clean, so I can feel when it is going to go and not too heavy. As for the exact pound it breaks at, I could not tell you. I never had my trigger measured.
