Default Barrel Sleeve?

i was wondering if there is an alternative to having to completly replace a 50 caliber barrel or if it is possible to have the barrel bored out and sleeved. has anyone ever heard of this?
Thanks

Unless your barrel has sentimental value, you might want to consider
re-barreling the stock. I think it would be cheaper.

There are a number of barrel smiths who can sleeve a barrel. This is a very practical approach for low-pressure guns like .22 rimfires and black powder weapons. Another alternative would be to go to a larger caliber-have it rebored and re-rifled. This of course requires a barrel that has sufficient wall thickness to safely go to a larger bore size....

Hey they've come out with the 52 cal knight , so there are some projectiles in that calliber available curently , sounds like a great option to me . You dont have to go with the magnum charge they are useing on that thing either .
