The bullet on the left is a 240 Dead Center I shot into Ballistic Gel. It expanded to 1.12" and retained 205 grains (85%)of weight. Very impressive results. It failed miserably in the penetration department reaching only 13" as compared to the 250 SST at 24" or almost double the penetration.
Bullet on left is the 250 SST, expanded to .733" and retained 171 grains (71%), penetration 24".
