I can't help you with an outfitter, but the meat from some taken in Texas last year was pretty decent. It's tougher and a little gamier than Safeway pork cuts, but overall pretty good. If I had it to do over again, I would keep the loins and chops - make the rest into sausage.

Try ken moody, loshbough hunting lodge, wilderness hunting lodge, or crooked creek hunting lodge. Go to yahoo and do a search on all of these to get their web sites. I checked into these for a hunt this spring but I as never able to make it. I think Loshbaugh was my favorite.

Well, I went on my first preserve hunt in TN and it ain't for me. Don't go to a place called TN Extreme. We had a bad trip. They were rude, and didn't give what was promised.
If I go back Boar hunting, its going to be real wild boar in Tx or FL. If you are using a ML, don't be surprised to get your boar in a few min. in the hunt. I at least took my bow, and it took 4 or 5 hours.
