Default hunting and the internet

I'm doing a Term Paper about how the internet has affected hunting in recent years. I was just wondering if anyone had any knowledge of websites that listed facts or statistics on this subject. I've searched the internet dry and really could use some reputable information to backup my paper. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

In what direction do you want to go with this. There are many. First thing that could be mentioned is the fact that the small time pro shops are now having to compete with the internet shops. Hunting items and tags can be bought and sold on e-bay. Outfitters can advertise on the internet and get more exposure than before. Sights like this can bring a wealth of knowledge to those who are seeking it. The list goes on and on. Anyone else care to add?

The interent has also helped due to sites like this one. Places like this allow people to ask questions, make friends to hunt with, and interact like no magazine can offer. I have gone on many hunts with people here and its allowed me to enjoy hunting that much more.

Where can anyone find the information thats on the internet about a area they want to hunt? Aerial maps, Topo maps, hunt information, people that have been there before...............

The list goes on and on.......................
