Default New hunter looking for help in Washington

Hello, I am 33 years old and new to hunting. I would like to go out on a hunt with someone here in Washington to learn the ropes. I have some gun experience but don't own a rifle yet. I have completed a hunter safety course and hope to get a license soon although I don't know if there are any deer/elk tags left for this season in Washington.

Let me know if you can help,
Sean Simms

You can just go buy a deer or elk tag but you can't apply for any special permits like doe/cow because you are way past the deadline. Get a current copy of the state hunting regulations at any sporting goods store and read them carefully.
